Ahead of the Storm Self-Guided Tours

Lewis Creek Association received grant funding from the Lake Champlain Basin Program in 2018 to update our Ahead of the Storm packets, and create two self-guided tours of Ahead of the Storm demonstration sites. The chosen areas for these tours include a variety of types of sites and stages of planning and implementation. Our hope is that these tours can be used by property owners, schools, and organizations, to learn more about water quality issues in the Lake Champlain Valley, and about how to affect change on a property and/or sub-shed/catchment level. Below are links to each of the self-guided tour summaries (one in Hinesburg, and one in Charlotte). Please remember to take the self-guided tour survey before and after taking the tour, to help us track how effective this program is! These tour summaries are also available at local public libraries if you prefer a hard copy to take with you!
