Lewis Creek Association Completes Strategic Plan

Over the last six months, Lewis Creek Association has been working to develop a strategic plan for the next five years of LCA’s work. With the help of Momentum Communications, LCA was able to complete interviews with key stakeholders, analyze a survey taken by many of our supporters, complete a board and staff survey, and hold a board retreat. In addition, an analysis of our financials was completed by Structural Integrity, and a presentation with recommendations was given to the LCA board. Combined, these sources of information helped drive the goals and objectives in our newly completed strategic plan. Over the next five years, LCA will recommit to being a leading community-based organization working in the areas of 1) protecting and restoring the ecological health of our watersheds with community always in mind, 2) inspiring people to be active stewards of watershed communities, both natural and human, and 3) strengthening our organizational capacity to accomplish the goals outlined in this strategic plan.
